Refund Policy

We want you to love everything you order from Crib Cube. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

1. Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it immediately begins processing.

  • You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase.

  • After that window, your order will likely already be in production or transit and cannot be canceled.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at cribcubeco@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos.
We’ll replace or refund the item at no cost to you.

3. Change-of-Mind Returns

Because many of our items are made to order and shipped directly from our partners, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing errors, or delays caused by shipping carriers.
Please double-check your details before placing your order.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund is approved:

  • It may take 5–10 business days for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
    If you haven’t received it after 10 days, contact your bank first—then email us if it still hasn’t arrived.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is our fault (e.g., wrong or damaged product).
