Shipping Policy
We work hard to get your orders delivered as quickly as possible while keeping prices fair. Please read below for details on processing, shipping times, and tracking.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another email with tracking information once it ships.
Please note: During high-volume periods (such as holidays or product launches), processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Times
We partner with global fulfillment centers to offer worldwide shipping.
Estimated delivery times:

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs clearance.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.
Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update after receiving your tracking number.
4. Delays & Customs
While most orders arrive on time, unexpected delays (weather, customs, or carrier issues) can occur.
Crib Cube is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance.
5. Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.
If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at cribcubeco@gmail.com.
Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to make address changes or issue refunds for undeliverable packages.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package shows as “delivered” but you haven’t received it:

If still unresolved, contact us at cribcubeco@gmail.com and we’ll help you file a claim with the carrier.
Crib Cube is not responsible for stolen packages marked as delivered.
